As part of the improvement strategy the Retail Division of Raymond India setup the POS Initiative. SHOPER Retail Solutions where found to be the best suitedfor the requirements of automating the retail outlets and integrating them withthe HO.

Vedha Automation's solution spread for Raymond India includes SHOPEREnterprise implemented at their head quarters and SHOPER POS at all their 240(yes, two hundred and forty!) outlets across the sub-continent.

Pilot Installation

The pilot installation was successfully completed and live bills (salereceipts) were generated on Feb 17 at The Raymond Shop, Public Utility Building,Bangalore. The installation is fully in synch with SHOPER Enterprise connectedthrough SHOPER Web components.

Roll Out Plan

Subsequent to the successful pilot implementation Raymond India together withVedha team is chalking out the plan to roll out the application at all theirstores over the next 6 months.
